We are looking for a Production & Procurement Officer to oversee the full cycle of sourcing, purchasing, and production coordination for our perfume line. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the perfume industry, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple suppliers and production tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Manage procurement of perfume oils, bottles, packaging materials, and accessories.
Negotiate with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Supervise production and packaging processes to maintain quality standards.
Coordinate logistics, deliveries, and inventory control.
Track production schedules and prepare purchase and delivery reports.
Work closely with management to optimize costs and timelines.
Requirements:
Valid UAE Driving License & own car (mandatory).
Previous experience in the perfume industry is required.
Strong negotiation, organization, and multitasking skills.
Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
