Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Perfume Production Manager located in Ajman Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Perfume Production Manager will oversee daily operations of perfume production, including managing the production line, ensuring quality control, and coordinating with suppliers. They will manage production schedules, oversee staff training, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and maintain inventory levels. The role also includes developing new fragrances and improving existing ones based on market demand.
Qualifications
Experience in Production Management, Quality Control, and Inventory Management
Knowledge of Fragrance Development and Perfume Formulation
Strong Project Management and Supply Chain Coordination skills
Excellent leadership and team management abilities
Ability to work on-site in Ajman Emirate, United Arab Emirates
Relevant industry experience in perfume or fragrance production is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Management, or related field
