Role Overview

The Perfume Hostess is responsible for representing the brand in a professional and engaging manner, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales of perfume and fragrance products. The role requires excellent product knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to create a luxurious shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner. Present, promote, and demonstrate perfume products to customers. Provide detailed product knowledge, including fragrance notes, longevity, and suitability. Assist customers in selecting fragrances that match their preferences and needs. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets. Maintain excellent product display, cleanliness, and overall presentation of the perfume counter. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Stay updated with new product launches, promotions, and industry trends. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner. Support in stock management, including inventory checks and replenishment. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure brand guidelines are followed.

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/degree in hospitality, retail, or related field is an advantage. Previous experience in retail, luxury sales, or hospitality is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Pleasant personality with a professional appearance and grooming standards. Customer-focused with the ability to create a memorable shopping experience. Passion for fragrances and the luxury retail industry. Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Working Conditions

Based in retail outlets, shopping malls, or duty-free stores. Requires standing for long periods. Flexible working hours as per retail operations.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
