As the first international branch of the prestigious Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts (London), we are proud to deliver exceptional performing arts training in a nurturing, inclusive, and professional environment. Our students (ages 5-18) receive high-level training in

dance, musical theatre, and acting

, led by passionate industry professionals who inspire creativity, discipline, and growth.

We are expanding our team and currently seeking passionate, experienced Performing Arts Teachers

across part-time, freelance, and full-time roles.

Disciplines We're Hiring For:

Dance

- Any specialty will be considered*, including Commercial, Contemporary, Jazz, Lyrical, Ballet, Tap, Acro, Jazz Technique, and PBT

Musical Theatre

- Triple threat performers strongly encouraged

Acting

- Including Acting for Stage & Screen, LAMDA prep, Devised & Text-Based Work

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality classes tailored to student age and level Create a positive and disciplined environment that encourages student progress Prepare students for internal sharings, showcases, competitions, or exams Contribute to term planning, performance projects, and curriculum development Collaborate with a committed team of faculty and leadership

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of teaching and professional industry experience Strong subject knowledge and adaptable delivery style Confident classroom management and strong communication skills Positive, team-focused attitude with a genuine passion for student development Legal right to work in the UAE or willingness to relocate (visa support available for full-time roles)

Bonus Points For:

Experience with UK-based syllabi (ISTD, RAD, LAMDA, Trinity) Experience across multiple disciplines Choreographic or directing credits for youth or school productions Exam or audition prep experience

Contract Options:

Freelance / Part-Time:

Term-time teaching with flexibility and performance opportunities

Full-Time:

Salaried role with visa sponsorship, annual leave, and opportunities to lead or support productions and curriculum development
