About the role

Supporting Media Lead and Performance Media Manager in coordinating the deployment of our media strategy and plans in Market, develop and report on digital marketing activities, focused on growing demand. Ensuring traffic and onsite experience is aligned and working towards shared business objectives. Role overview As the Performance Media Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day planning, execution, and optimization of our media marketing activities, executing Media production, working closely with our media partners. You will work with both the Media Lead and Media Performance Manager to support the development of integrated quarterly campaigns for the Dyson business. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be required to track and report on media activation and status; across channel, audience and creative. You will establish and maintain weekly performance reporting on full funnel Paid Media vs KPI, delivering insight and recommendations to improve performance and scale delivery, collect and analyze data to identify trends and insights. You will be able to provide quick wins, through the integration of Performance Media and Analytics data to scale full funnel digital performance. You will find opportunities to deliver against funnel KPIs. Main responsibilities
  • Digital maturity \xe2\x80\x93 Work with the Media Performance manager in developing and deploying the Digital Marketing strategy for the local market across all online channels to increase the utilization of data to scale digital media
  • Media Planning & Buying \xe2\x80\x93 Work closely with the Performance Media Manager and Direct team to translate briefs into best-in-class performance media plans, focused on delivering our ecommerce sales target.
  • E-commerce trading: On a daily basis, identify opportunities for incremental revenue and spend and optimize existing plans to make sure conversion is maximized. Balance investments across search, social, display and retargeting to achieve maximum revenue.
  • Google PPC / Search: hands on experience in managing search campaign execution and optimization through the funnel, maximizing ROI through continuous test and learn, and reporting to demonstrate channel performance in customer acquisition and ecommerce conversion goals. Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing
  • Offline Google Business: oversee company\'s interactions with the public by monitoring business locations on Google and working closely with Social media manager to assist queries.
  • Retargeting through social and programmatic display: you\xe2\x80\x99ll have experience in managing retargeting campaigns across programmatic display and social media, using appropriate segmentation to determine the best ad and message to encourage revisit and efficient conversion.
  • Execution & Budget Management \xe2\x80\x93 Liaise with the media agency to achieve the direct targets, with documented reasons for the allocation of spend by activity type and time and with clear ROI objectives and measurement for each activity. Manage spend to within budget & maintain clear records
  • Measurement & Reporting \xe2\x80\x93 Ensure that appropriate mechanisms (Tagging, segmentation, taxonomy) are in place to measure the effectiveness of the Direct digital execution & brand awareness activities including social, programmatic, display and category creation search activity. Ensure top level eCommerce and Direct performance is communicated to the wider business. On-going tracking and campaign spend management to ensure all activity is not only on time, but within budget.
  • Trends \xe2\x80\x93 Keep abreast of changing media consumption trends and purchasing patterns to ensure the MEA business continues to transform its growth in its direct business and is equipped to deal with long term transition from bricks and mortar retailers to omni-channel retailers. Review new technologies and keep on top of new digital marketing trends and opportunities. Support the step up and launch where appropriate.
  • Other - Relish the opportunity to pick up new activities that broadly fall in the purpose of the role, fix things that need fixing, identify problems and find solutions.

About You

  • Have proven digital marketing experience (2-4 years) in paid digital media; programmatic, search and social
  • Constantly looks for opportunities to use data to improve performance
  • Drives forward digital initiatives to deliver improvements in productivity
  • Surfaces insights and learnings to share with the business on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Good knowledge with Ad Management tools (META, Google 360, TikTok & Snapchat)
  • Demonstrable strategic & analytical capabilities
  • Self-starter with lots of initiative
  • Good communication skills, both written & verbal English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Enjoys working in a fast paced & ever-changing environment
  • Objective, enthusiastic, committed, flexible
  • Passionate about online & the opportunities it brings to drive brand awareness
  • Proven experience leading and collaborating within cross-discipline teams and agency partners
  • High level of communication skills both verbal and written (in English & French)
  • Worked in the beauty or fashion industry is a plus
