Job Overview:

As the Performance Marketing Specialist, you'll own and optimise our digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate high-quality leads, drive conversions, and improve customer acquisition. You'll be responsible for developing, executing, and analysing paid campaigns that directly contribute to our growth objectives. This role requires a data-driven mindset, a strong understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape, and the ability to scale campaigns in a competitive market.

What You'll Be Doing

Plan, execute, and optimize

LinkedIn Ads and Google Search campaigns

with laser precision Set up tracking (UTM, Google Analytics, HubSpot) to ensure every click, lead, and conversion is measured Build and refine

customer outreach funnels

using outbound tools like Apollo, Instantly, or Lemlist Collaborate on

landing page CRO

, A/B testing, and retargeting strategy
Launch and iterate on

rapid growth experiments

(viral loops, mini-campaigns, PLG tactics)
Own performance marketing metrics and present actionable insights regularly Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and content teams to align on goal

Qualifications:

5- 6 years in

performance marketing

, ideally in

B2B SaaS

or

finte

Deep hands-on experience with

LinkedIn Ads

Google Ads

, and performance tracking tools Experience with

CRO tools
