Performance Marketing Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our paid marketing campaigns across mobile and eCommerce channels. You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through a variety of digital platforms including paid search, paid social, display, programmatic, and app marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, programmatic display, and affiliate channels
Manage and scale user acquisition campaigns for mobile apps (iOS/Android) and eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.)
Own and manage the media budget, ensuring efficient allocation across channels and campaigns
Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize ad creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies
Collaborate with design, product, and analytics teams to ensure campaign alignment with product launches, seasonal promotions, and growth goals
Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPA, ROAS, LTV, and CAC
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and mobile acquisition
Work closely with retention and CRM teams to ensure a seamless user journey from acquisition to re-engagement
Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Firebase, Adjust, AppsFlyer, and other attribution platforms
Requirements:
3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally in a B2C environment
Strong experience managing campaigns across mobile acquisition and eCommerce channels
Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and at least one mobile attribution platform (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer)
Demonstrated ability to work with large budgets and deliver measurable results
Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; familiarity with Looker, Tableau, or other BI tools is a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Excellent communication and project management skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
