- Run ads across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube and more
- Design multi-step funnels for different user types: investors, gift voucher buyers, corporate clients
- Build, test, and optimize landing pages with high conversion rates (together with the Content & Tech teams)
- A/B test messaging, creatives, audience targeting, and conversion flows
- Use tracking tools (GA4, Meta Pixel, Tag Manager) to generate real-time insights
- Identify drop-off points and fix them through creative & technical changes
- Launch and scale retargeting, lookalike, and value-based campaigns
- Monitor KPIs (CPL, CAC, ROI, K-Factor) and optimize against performance targets
- Collaborate closely with AI Marketing and Referral teams to align growth efforts
