Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead digital acquisition and retention initiatives for the

UK and EU markets

.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing performance-driven strategies that increase traffic, drive conversions, and maximize ROI across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), Amazon Ads, and email automation platforms. Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and local regulations to tailor campaigns specifically for UK and EU audiences. Optimize campaign structure, targeting, and creative assets for maximum efficiency and ROI. Manage performance budgets, forecast spend, and deliver on acquisition and retention KPIs. Collaborate closely with the regional brand, content, and e-commerce teams to align creative direction and campaign messaging. Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement. Test and implement new marketing technologies, ad formats, and audience strategies. Manage and maintain data accuracy and compliance with GDPR and EU data privacy standards. Drive growth in direct-to-consumer (D2C) and marketplace channels through multichannel strategies.

What we are looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing /Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Min. 3+ years of experience in performance marketing across EU or UK markets. Proven track record managing large-scale budgets across Meta, Google, and Amazon Ads. Solid understanding of programmatic buying, retargeting, and attribution models. Experience with CRM and email automation tools. Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in performance reporting tools. Up-to-date knowledge of UK/EU digital marketing regulations and consumer trends. Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in an additional EU language is an advantage. Ability to work independently while collaborating the team and stakeholders.
