We're looking for a
Performance Marketing Manager
to architect, execute, and scale full-funnel digital campaigns that fuel growth across paid media and e-commerce.
What You'll Do
Design, execute, and optimize full-funnel paid media campaigns across
Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube
.
Manage daily campaign budgets and pacing to achieve ROAS, CPA, and LTV targets.
Conduct A/B tests for creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
Partner with the creative team to craft high-performing ad concepts and messaging.
Build and maintain dashboards in
GA4, and Shopify
for real-time performance tracking.
Analyze campaign data to uncover insights and scale winning strategies.
Collaborate with leadership to plan growth initiatives and budget allocations.
What You'll Bring
3-6 years of experience in
digital or performance marketing
(e-commerce preferred).
Mastery of
Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
platforms.
Deep understanding of conversion funnels, attribution, and customer journeys.
Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication, storytelling through data and efficient collaboration across time zones, driven by flexibility and accountability.
