About the Role

South Xclusive Real Estate L.L.C is seeking a results-driven

Performance Marketer

with strong real estate experience in the UAE. You will be responsible for running paid marketing campaigns, improving conversions, and enhancing our online visibility through SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch & optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google & other platforms Generate high-quality real estate leads with strong conversion potential Monitor daily campaign performance to achieve ROI/ROAS targets Manage advertising budgets and reduce CPL Create persuasive ad copies and effective creatives Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies for better ranking Improve website & landing-page performance for lead generation Analyze data, prepare performance reports & recommend enhancements Work closely with the sales team to maximize lead-to-deal conversion Conduct competitor and market trend analysis

Requirements

? 2-3 years of UAE real estate performance marketing experience (mandatory)
? Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads & lead generation tools
? Solid understanding of SEO, keyword optimization & ranking strategies
? Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Insights & tracking tools
? Excellent communication and data interpretation skills
? Ability to deliver under pressure and achieve targets

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
