At STELEO, your mission is clear: deliver real estate leads that close. As a Performance
Marketer, your core responsibility is to build, launch, and optimize digital ad campaigns that
generate qualified leads for our real estate clients.
You are the tactical driver behind every ad that performs. Working closely with the Head of
Content and guided by briefs from the General Manager, you will ensure that campaign
strategy, audience targeting, budget allocation, and optimization are executed with precision,
primarily across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), and eventually across
Google and YouTube if needed.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
Set up, launch, and manage paid media campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook,
Instagram, WhatsApp) for STELEO clients.
Optimize campaigns daily to hit CPL, CTR, and lead quality benchmarks.
Collaborate with the Head of Content to test and rotate creatives that match audience
targeting and project positioning.
Report weekly performance data to the General Manager, with clear recommendations.
Stay up to date with Meta algorithm changes, audience trends, and ad format best
practices.
Develop A/B testing plans for copy, targeting, placements, and creatives.
Maintain ad account hygiene, pixel implementation, and event tracking.
Strong analytical skills -- confident reading and acting on ad performance metrics.
Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and digital buyer behavior.
Experience working with custom audiences, lookalikes, and retargeting flows.
