Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and executing comprehensive marketing strategies with a primary focus on lead generation. They will need to demonstrate expertise and experience in the following areas: 1. Website and Content Management: - Oversee the management and optimization of our website to ensure a seamless user experience. - Develop and implement a content strategy that includes written, visual, audio, and video content. 2. PPC Campaign Management: - Plan, execute, and optimize Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive targeted traffic. 3. Social Media Marketing and Account Management: - Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms. - Develop and execute social media campaigns to engage and expand our audience. 4. PR (Public Relations): - Develop and maintain relationships with relevant media outlets. - Craft and distribute press releases to enhance brand visibility and reputation. 5. Online Events (Webinars): - Plan and execute online events, including webinars, to engage our target audience and generate leads. 6. Lead Generation: - Support and work with the Marketing Director to implement strategies to generate high-quality leads, and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum impact. - Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of leads and track conversion rates. Qualifications and Experience: - Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in performance marketing, experience within the financial services sector would be a distinct advantage. - A solid track record of success in website and content management, PPC campaign management, social media marketing, PR, and online events. Key Skills: - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficient in content creation across various formats. - In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices. - Experience with marketing automation tools.
