MISSION



In charge of recommending the right education organization, piloting the omnichannel education strategy, measuring efficiency and educational excellence.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



PERFORMANCE Sets up and coordinates the omnichannel education plan with the brands Deploys omnichannel education model based on client's segmentation (online, offline) Defines the right organization (educators & freelancers) With provided tools (BRIGHT)analyzes the quantitative & qualitative education KPIs and re-adapts the education strategy Builds an annual omnichannel O+O education plan in coordination with the various actors (Brands, Key Accounts education, regional education managers) Organizes and orchestrates alignment meetings between teams, brands and trade teams Responsible for analyzing education activity and making recommendations Proposes, pilots and analyzes relevant education indicators Analyzes and makes recommendations from headquarters dashboards on Access, LPS & social media Proposes, management and analysis of KPis for bonuses related to the activity Reports education analyzes to inter teams In charge of Education P&L shift ORGANIZATION Defines the right organization (educators & freelancers) Organizes freelancers' strategy & management COLLABORATION Works with BI Team to allocate BI time for Education KPIs tracking MANAGEMENT Reports to PPD Education Director
