We are seeking a Performance Management HR Advisor to join our HR Operations team. The successful candidate will work with the HR Team and business stakeholders to design, implement and evaluate performance management processes and policies for employees.
The Performance Management Advisor will be responsible for identifying improvement opportunities in the current performance management process together with the HR Senior team, implementing performance measurement tools, and referring employees and line managers to the L&D team to join training programs to support performance management initiatives and the process linked to the awards and salary review each year.

Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and implement performance management activities that align with organizational strategy, policies goals and objectives.
Provide advisory services to employees and Partners to develop and improve their performance management programs and policies.
Develop performance measurement tools and dashboards to track progress against goals and targets.
Manages, analyzes, and reports to HR Senior management performance management data to help line managers provide coaching to people.
Along with the Senior HR Team analyzes performance data and goals submissions to provide insights and recommendations to improve performance.
Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement performance management initiatives.
Assist in administrative related matters during the on boarding, probationary period, annual appraisal and exit processes.
Advise employees on HR policies and procedures.
Support the management of administrative tasks related to disciplinary and grievance issues.
Maintain employee records up to date according to policy and legal requirements.
Identify and suggest changes to procedures and services to increase efficiency within the HR operations department, to ensure continuous enhancement on the service delivery in the department and employee services.
Collaborate with the HR Operations department to implement innovative activities to achieve the department\'s strategic objectives.
Communicate employment status changes to employees and parties involved.
Ensure delivery of excellent customer service to our people during the life cycle.
Collaborate with any other HR related task.

Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Proven experience in performance management, including the development and implementation of performance management strategies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Knowledge of performance management software and tools.
Bachelor\'s degree in information science, data management, computer science or related field preferred.
Experience working with law firms or similar industries standards, regulations, and guidelines other HR relevant systems.
Experience working with relational databases.
Good HR Systems knowledge and HR business solutions software skills.
Good communication skills to communicate with employees, team members, external data providers, and management.
Good skills in data administration, design, and architecture.
