Key Accountabilities of the role:Performance and Evaluation Tasks
Manage routine data, including data cleaning and entry to ensure completeness and quality.
Report any errors identified during data review to appropriate team members and assist in resolving issues.
Work under the guidance of the team lead, build more components of database collection and aggregation tools.
Generate/update pivot tables and charts of the indicators of interest for routine monitoring purposes as well as ad hoc request
Maintain master copies of data collection forms (ensuring accurate updating as needed) and supporting documentation for data management system in electronic venue accessible to relevant teams
Prepare Sales and Transactions presentation on a regular basis.
Prepare the Data for the presentation.
Prepare the presentation on Wave and Area level.
Incentive criteria and calculation
Assist in Preparation and proposing of Incentive schemes criteria and
policies, based on instruction by management
Constantly review the policies and recommend updates when
Possible to keep up with management goals.
Manage the LMS system
Maintain the working of the LMS system and that users receive leads through the LMS.
Upload Leads in the LMS on a regular Basis.
Co-ordinate with vendor regarding any issues on the LMS
Generate reports from the LMS for further reporting.
Manage, Track, Send leads on the LMS.
Co-ordinate with the branches regarding any difficulties they are facing with the LMS.
Solve any issues faced by the branches regarding this process.
Collecting feedback from branch staff on in-house system performance and advising vendor on training needs.
Prepare a daily report for the Leads send to the Branches.
Prepare a weekly actual Lead Conversion report for these leads.
Find insights from the report.
Prepare templates and run reports for migration, sales and customer experience reports as per agreed frequency.
Assist in preparing the monthly production of incentive payouts and ensure that incentives are paid during the agreed time frame.
Assist in Preparing data analysis related to incentives and any related
required reportsCentralized Data management
Providing scientific approach to data analysis based on data available from existing systems and considering systems limitations.
Assess the data requirements of third party and justification prior to provide data, and grant approval for sensitive data as appropriate.
Maintain confidentiality on sensitive issues and data
Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize branch targeting, revenue generation, and overall experience
Run basic, descriptive data analysis.
Identify opportunities for leveraging company data Business Growth.
Work with internal stakeholders to mine and analyze data from different databases to drive optimization and improvement of sales strategies
Maintain data analysis related to Leads and any required reports.
Capacity planning and verification
Assist in Preparing the analytics of all related transactional data which supports the need for resources
Assist in maintain and finalizing Capacity plan Master sheet and update based on CMT approvals
Automating Reports using Python/Power BI.
Automating the reports using Python.
Providing scientific approach to data analysis based on data available from existing systems and considering systems limitations.
Maintaining the efficiency of the new proposed automated reporting system.
Required:
4 year Experience in data analysis.
Good numerical & analytical skills will be required to obtain, prepare, assess, and integrate very complex and detailed information
Understanding of key financial concepts
Ability to interpret ratios and relations to results statements
Advanced computer/system skills i.e. of R, Python, Power BI and Microsoft Office.
