Requirements

Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
2+ years of experience in data analysis or performance management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Experience with statistical analysis software such as R, SAS, or similar.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good time-management and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
