Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven
Performance Ads Manager
to lead and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others. You will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid campaigns to meet client KPIs such as lead generation, sales conversions, brand awareness, and ROAS targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement paid media strategies aligned with client goals.
Manage full-funnel paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and other platforms.
Build, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns for best performance (A/B testing, audience targeting, creative testing).
Set up and manage conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, server-side tracking, etc.)
Analyze campaign performance daily, weekly, and monthly, providing actionable insights.
Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure ad visuals and messaging align with strategy.
Prepare performance reports for internal teams and clients, highlighting key metrics, optimizations, and next steps.
Stay up-to-date with platform updates, new ad formats, and best practices.
Manage media budgets effectively to maximize results while maintaining efficiency (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CPM targets).
Propose data-driven strategies to improve results and scale winning campaigns.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2-4 years of hands-on experience managing paid ads (agency experience preferred).
Deep understanding of performance metrics, attribution models, and optimization tactics.
Proficiency with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Experience with analytics platforms like Google Analytics (GA4) and reporting dashboards.
Strong skills in budget management and scaling campaigns.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
