Type: Full-time | On-site A newly established, fully regulated company in the entertainment industry is seeking a People Partner (HR) to support its growth and help shape a strong, people-focused culture from the ground up. This role will be instrumental in delivering core HR functions and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and best practices. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for employees on HR-related matters
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant with UAE labor law
- Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in an HR generalist or People Partner role within the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment
