What you will bring:

• Strategic Orientation: You're a forward-thinker who can align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Senior HR Partnering: Demonstrated experience in an HR partnering role at a senior level, advising and collaborating with leadership.
• Initiative Design: A proven track record of designing and implementing successful HR initiatives that drive results.
• Solutions-Oriented Mindset: You're adept at identifying challenges and developing practical, effective solutions.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Four (4) years of progressive work experience in Human Resources or related fields.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline.
• Certifications: HR certifications such as SHRM or CIPD Level 5 are highly preferred. A Master's degree in HR is a definite plus.
