Your Role – Magic happens when you bring great people together! A People operations partner is responsible for the day-to-day operations, including recruiting new employees or processing termination paperwork, preparing compensation packages with company policies set out by law, and fostering healthy workplace practices throughout every department. In addition, People operations partner is responsible payroll & staff leave records (annual, sick, casual leave, etc.) and time & attendance. What you'll bring to Speakol:
- At least 3 years of HR experience.
- A great understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
- knowledge of labor legislation.
- Good written communication abilities.
- Familiarity with national and local legislation.
- Enjoys transactional work with ability to self-manage high volume workload.
