As Lalamove continues to grow, we're looking for a

People Operations Associate

to join our team in

Dubai, UAE

. This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day People and office operations as we scale the business.

You'll support day-to-day People and admin work, keep HR processes running smoothly, support employees across their lifecycle, bring structure to a fast-moving environment, and work alongside the People Manager to deliver a great employee experience.

What you'll do:

+ Maintain accurate HR records, systems, policies, and user guides. + Prepare employment-related letters and documentation.
+ Support the recruitment process, edit and post job descriptions across all hiring channels.
+ Support onboarding, offboarding, and immigration processes.
+ Coordinate company and ad hoc events.
+ Support general office administration, including HR/People related vendor payments, supplies, and office maintenance.

What we seek:

+ 1-2 years HR/admin experience in the UAE + Familiarity with UAE labour laws, HR processes, payroll, and vendor coordination
+ Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
+ Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality
+ Proactive and able to prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage time effectively
+ Fluent in English (written and spoken)
+ Associate/Degree in Business Administration, HR, or any related field
+ Hospitality, start up or high-growth experience is a plus
+ Proficient in Google Workspace is a plus
