Assist in the creation, development, and execution of human resources initiatives, policies, and systems.
Prepare, manage, and maintain employment contracts, internal decisions, and employee related documentation.
Handle employee registration and deregistration procedures with the relevant agency.
Maintain accurate records of working hours, attendance, and annual leave balances.
Implement, update, and improve the onboarding process for newly hired employees.
Support employee lifecycle management activities and track key HR performance indicators.
Coordinate employee training programs and contribute to the preparation of development and growth plans.
Take an active role in recruitment activities, including candidate screening, selection, and hiring processes.
Monitor and coordinate HR and legal procedures specific to the medical sector, ensuring compliance with regulations, licenses, standards, and internal policies.
Job Requirements

Higher education in Human Resources, Law, Economics, or a related field.
Previous experience in human resources and or legal practice after graduation is considered an advantage.
Experience or understanding of labor relations, employment contracts, legal documentation, business law, and employee development strategies.
