The company is looking for an enthusiastic People and Culture Manager to join its dynamic and passionate team and support the company growth.

Responsibilities:

This role is an employee-oriented HR leadership position with a \'people\' first approach that promotes and supports the development of the \'human\' throughout their journey with the company and will be hands-on in terms of developing the team and ensuring employee\'s personal growth.

The candidate will be responsible for all HR activities of the company.

This role is a great opportunity for a senior HR profile with proven experience in UAE-based entities and must be willing to be hands-on in the business and scale up and structure the HR function to support the company \'s growth and maintain the right level of staff engagement.

With a clear understanding of the company\'s objectives, the People and culture manager needs to be capable of leading the team in the right direction respecting and promoting company culture at all times. This position requires the employee to work on a full-time basis from the company\'s office in Sharjah.
