A deep understanding of HR systems, KPIs, and advanced analytics tools is essential, along with the ability to work across HR functions such as performance, talent, compensation, and L&D. Key Responsibilities Performance Automation
Define KPIs for critical and frontline roles with COEs, HRBPs, and operations
Map leading/lagging indicators and correlate performance variables using data models
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards with hourly refresh and peer benchmarking
Integrate nudges, insights, and alerts to drive individual performance actionability
Apply statistical methods to evaluate the ROI of performance interventions
Own the end-to-end roadmap for HR performance visibility and automation
Broader People Analytics
Design and automate dashboards for attrition, recruitment funnel, learning impact, and engagement metrics
Perform segmentation, trend analysis, and forecasting for workforce planning
Support COEs (e.g., C&B, L&D, Talent Acquisition) with program analytics and success metrics
Drive HR reviews through curated insights and executive-ready data storytelling
Conduct root cause analyses in areas like absenteeism, mobility, span of control
Maintain a centralized HR data repository with quality checks and governance
Lead A/B tests and experiments to validate HR initiatives and interventions
Standardize and distribute scorecards to HR and business leadership
Job Requirements Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or HR
Postgraduate diploma in Analytics, HRM, or Data Science is preferred
Experience
4-7 years in HR Analytics or Business Analytics with a strong HR domain focus
Proven ability to build analytical tools and deliver insights to HR and leadership
Technical Skills
Advanced SQL and Power BI (required)
Python or R for statistical analysis (preferred)
Familiarity with HRIS, LMS, ATS, and data integration concepts
Knowledge of workflow tools (e.g., Power Automate, Alteryx) is a plus
Behavioral Skills
High ownership and self-drive to lead independently
Strong business communication and stakeholder alignment abilities
