PEGA Lead Systems Architect

We are seeking an experienced

Lead System Architect

with expertise in PEGA-based applications to join our growing team in the UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of PEGA-based solutions, ensuring the architecture aligns with business goals and technical standards. You will also manage a team of engineers and work closely with stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable, and high-performing applications.

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the design, development, and implementation of PEGA-based applications. Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of PEGA solutions across the organization. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system architecture and design. Guide and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical leadership and ensuring adherence to best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PEGA solutions with existing systems and platforms. Conduct design and code reviews, ensuring quality, compliance, and performance standards are met. Oversee the maintenance and optimization of existing PEGA applications, ensuring system reliability and efficiency. Stay updated on the latest PEGA technologies and trends to continuously improve the architecture and solution offerings.

Qualification and Education Requirements

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum Experience / Skills Required

5-8 years of experience in system architecture and design, with significant experience in PEGA-based applications. Strong understanding of PEGA platforms, including Pega BPM, Pega Case Management, and Pega Decisioning. Experience in leading and managing teams through the full software development lifecycle. Solid understanding of system integration, data modeling, and performance tuning. * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
