Job Description
Key responsibilities
Patient care:
Conduct regular physical examinations to assess growth and development, and diagnose and treat illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions.Required qualifications
A medical degree (MD or DO) with a specialization in Pediatrics. Board certification or eligibility for board certification in Pediatrics. A valid medical license to practice in the relevant location. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with children and their families. A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
Treatment and prescription:
Prescribe medication and other therapies, and perform minor surgical procedures when necessary.Diagnostic testing:
Order and interpret diagnostic tests like X-rays and blood work.Immunizations:
Monitor and administer immunizations and educate families on their importance.Family counseling:
Counsel patients and their families on health-related topics, including nutrition, safety, and preventative care.Record keeping:
Maintain detailed medical records of patients' histories and progress.Referrals:
Refer patients to specialists for conditions that require specialized care.Communication:
Discuss diagnoses and treatment plans with children and their parents in an understandable way.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month

Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
