Completion of residency in general surgery and fellowship in pediatric surgery
Board certification in Pediatric Surgery
Valid medical license to practice in the state
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Prior experience in pediatric surgery is preferred
