Job Description

Femiclinic Medical Center is seeking a

qualified and compassionate Pediatric Speech Therapist

to join our growing multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in assessing and treating

children across all pediatric age groups

, delivering evidence-based therapy in a supportive, family-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive

speech, language, and feeding assessments

for pediatric patients Develop and implement

individualized treatment plans

tailored to each child's needs Provide therapy for children with: Speech & language delay Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Articulation and phonological disorders Receptive and expressive language disorders Social communication disorders Fluency disorders (stuttering) Pediatric feeding and swallowing difficulties Monitor progress and maintain

accurate clinical documentation and reports

Educate and counsel parents/caregivers on home programs and progress Collaborate with pediatricians and other healthcare professionals as part of a

multidisciplinary team

Adhere to

DHA regulations, clinic policies, and ethical standards

Requirements

Native-level or near-native

English language proficiency

with

clear, neutral pronunciation

suitable for pediatric speech and language therapy is a must. Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Speech and Language Pathology

or equivalent

DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter (mandatory)

Minimum

1-2 years or 3+ years

of pediatric experience

UAE pediatric experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage a pediatric caseload Passion for working with children and families
