Position Overview
Al-Futtaim Health is looking for a Pediatric Specialist to join its HealthHub Clinics in Dubai. This role focuses on diagnosing, treating, and monitoring the health of infants, children, and adolescents, ensuring the highest standards of care in a supportive and modern clinical environment. The successful candidate will play a central role in preventive healthcare, chronic condition management, and family-centered patient education.
Core Duties

• Diagnose and manage pediatric conditions such as respiratory illnesses, allergies, growth disorders, and chronic diseases
• Monitor developmental milestones and deliver immunizations and preventive health services
• Advise parents and caregivers on child nutrition, hygiene, safety, and preventive care practices
• Explain diagnoses and treatment plans clearly to families, offering lifestyle and medication guidance
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records to ensure continuity of care
• Support children with complex health issues, coordinating with specialists when necessary
• Participate in medical audits, research projects, and ongoing training to enhance pediatric practice standards
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care across specialties

Candidate Requirements

• DHA license or eligibility as a Specialist Pediatrician
• MBBS, MBChB, or equivalent degree from an accredited institution
• Specialty certification recognized by DHA, HAAD, or MOH UAE
• Certified in Basic and Advanced Life Support
• Minimum of 5 years' experience at specialist level in pediatrics
• Fluency in English and Arabic required
• Track record of managing both acute and chronic pediatric cases effectively
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and reassure families
• Research publications in peer-reviewed journals are advantageous
