Position Overview
Al-Futtaim Health is hiring a Pediatric Specialist to join its HealthHub Clinics network in Dubai. The role is dedicated to delivering comprehensive medical care to children from infancy through adolescence, ensuring their physical, emotional, and developmental well-being. The successful candidate will manage acute and chronic conditions, support preventive healthcare, and provide family-centered guidance in a modern, supportive clinical environment.
Core Duties

• Diagnose and manage pediatric conditions including respiratory infections, allergies, growth issues, and chronic illnesses
• Provide preventive care such as immunizations, screenings, and developmental milestone assessments
• Educate parents and caregivers on nutrition, hygiene, safety, and disease prevention
• Discuss treatment plans, lifestyle changes, and medication with families in a clear and supportive manner
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure continuity of care for all pediatric patients
• Offer care and support for children with complex or long-term conditions, coordinating with specialists as required
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in clinical audits, research projects, and continuing education to enhance pediatric standards and practices

Candidate Requirements

• DHA license or eligibility as Specialist Pediatrician
• MBBS, MBChB, or equivalent from a recognized institution
• Specialty qualification approved by DHA, HAAD, or MOH UAE
• Certification in Basic and Advanced Life Support
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required
• At least 5 years of specialist-level experience in pediatrics
• Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate and effective care for both acute and chronic conditions
• Strong communication skills and ability to build long-term patient relationships
• Publications in peer-reviewed journals will be valued
