Specialist / Consultant Pediatric Hematology / Oncology.

A hematologist/Oncologist will be responsible for assisting in the coordination of pediatric clinical research studies.
The job includes screening patients for study eligibility, scheduling research visits/follow-up, tracking/auditing consent forms and study-related documents, collecting data and submitting to appropriate organizations, processing/packaging lab specimens, maintaining the inventory of research supplies, creating electronic research charts, schedule site monitor visits and meeting rooms as needed.
This is a fast-paced working environment involving time-sensitive specimens and hard deadlines for data submissions.
A high level of organization with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities is required.
This position will work with multiple departments and must maintain a high level of professionalism and a continuous process improvement mindset.

Requirements:

Requirements Associate\'s or Bachelor\'s degree is required.
1-3 years of research or relevant experience preferred.
Experience working with children.
Experience with data entry and statistical analysis.

Salary:
AED 45,000 to 85,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
