Job Description

Job Purpose:

To perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI), vehicle assembly, and basic maintenance for motorcycles, ATVs, and other units, while assisting with stock organization, storage, and inventory control to ensure smooth delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) & Assembly:

Assemble new motorcycles, ATVs, and other vehicles according to manufacturer standards and specifications. Conduct thorough PDI checks including mechanical, electrical, and visual inspections before delivery. Identify and report any damages, missing parts, or discrepancies to the Supervisor immediately. Perform basic mechanical adjustments, oil changes, and battery installation when required. Ensure all safety and quality control standards are followed during assembly and inspection.

Stock & Inventory Management:

Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming units, ensuring proper documentation and reporting any issues. Assist in updating stock records, unit status, and movement in coordination with the parts and logistics team. Maintain organized storage of units in the warehouse or yard as per the layout plan. Support in physical stock counts and reporting stock discrepancies. Tag and label units accurately to maintain proper tracking and identification.

General Duties:

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Use tools and equipment responsibly and report any maintenance needs. Follow company health, safety, and environmental policies. Support workshop and logistics operations as needed (vehicle movement, delivery preparation, etc.).

Qualifications & Experience:

Technical Diploma / Certificate in Automotive or Mechanical field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in motorcycle or ATV assembly, PDI, or stock handling. Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and safety inspection procedures. Forklift license or experience handling vehicles is an advantage. Basic computer skills for stock and report updates.
