As a PCB Designer and Embedded Programmer, you will provide support in various roles for engineering, assembly, programming, and technical support. Your responsibilities as a PCB designer and embedded programmer
- Provide support in designing new PCBs using standard industry software such as Altium and Eagle CAD.
- Provide support in preparing schematics for PCBs.
- Assemble various PCBs as per Bill of Materials (BOM) and troubleshoot faulty components on faulty PCBs as per schematics.
- Provide liaison for sending gerber files for PCB production and have good knowledge of 2-3 layers PCB soldering.
- Work as field and service engineer whenever required at onshore & offshore sites and support project mobilizations and demobilizations.
- R&D on improving existing designs and can make existing designs efficient for any upgrades.
- Fully manage the Assembly level Microchip programs of existing firmware and debug firmware codes and upgrade them with firmware updates from time to time as required with good working knowledge of Microchip PIC 16F & 18F series.
You can make your mark as a PCB Designer and Embedded Programmer if you have:
- BSC/B.Tech/BE in Electronics.
- Working knowledge and training in various PCB Design software\xe2\x80\x99s such as Altium, Eagle CAD
- Working knowledge and training in embedded programming especially assembly language microchip programming for PIC16F and PIC18F series
- Knowledge of Embedded C, Arduino and Rasberry Pi would be an added advantage.
