Minimum 2 years of experience in schematic design and multi-layer PCB layout.
Strong hands-on experience with at least one industry-standard EDA tool:
Altium, OrCAD, Cadence Allegro, KiCad, or EagleCircuit design involving microcontrollers, power management, and analog/digital components
Design of PCBs with common embedded interfaces: UART, SPI, I2C, USB, CAN, RS-485
Understanding of Signal integrity, Impedance control, EMI/EMC considerations, Grounding and power plane separation
Experience integrating and validating Sensors, Wireless modules (Wi-Fi, BLE, GSM), Power supplies (DC-DC converters, LDOs, battery charging circuits)
Component selection, BOM optimization, and DFM (Design for Manufacturability) practices
Knowledge in using lab equipment: oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers etc.
Basic knowledge of soldering/rework techniques for prototype
