Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will manage and execute payroll processes efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws. Experience in the construction industry is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Utilize Oracle payroll modules for data entry, payroll calculations, and reporting. Ensure adherence to local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies in all payroll activities. Prepare and submit statutory filings, including taxes, social security, and other deductions. Maintain accurate employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in compensation. Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity in Oracle and other payroll systems. Generate payroll reports and provide insights on salary trends, overtime, and benefits. Assist in budgeting and financial planning by forecasting payroll expenses. Address and resolve employee queries related to payroll, deductions, and benefits. Investigate and resolve discrepancies or errors in payroll processing. Work closely with HR and Finance teams to align payroll processes with organizational goals. Support HR in managing employee benefits, gratuities, and final settlements.

Qualifications and Experience and Skills:

Experience:

Minimum 5-7 years of payroll management experience, with at least 2 years of Oracle payroll system experience. Prior experience in the construction industry is a strong advantage.
Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

Proficiency in Oracle payroll and HRIS systems. Strong understanding of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
