We are looking for a skilled Payroll Specialist with an accounting background to manage payroll for 1,000+ employees. The ideal candidate will have expertise in UAE Labour Law, WPS processing, payroll, attendance, final settlements, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Process monthly payroll for 1,000+ employees, ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law.
Manage WPS files and ensure timely salary disbursements.
Reconcile attendance records and work with HR for corrections.
Handle end-of-service benefits, final settlements, and leave encashments.
Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations.
Address employee payroll queries and coordinate with finance for reconciliation.
Generate payroll-related reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (mandatory).
2-3 years of payroll experience in UAE, preferably in large companies.
Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and WPS.
Experience with payroll systems and HRMS software.
Proficient in MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and communication skills.
Accounting qualifications or experience (e.g., ACCA, CPA) preferred.
