One of the oldest and leading logistic service providers with operations in the Middle East, Asia, Africa and Europe wanted to hire a SENIOR BILLING SUPERVISOR for their Dubai office.
JOB PURPOSE: The position is responsible for preparing the monthly staff payroll, updating our internal payroll databases, and ensuring timely payments across all entities in different countries where Tristar operates.
Job Responsibilities:
As Payroll Specialist, you will be accountable for all payroll activities, which includes the co-development & implementation of the Global Payroll strategy, ensuring the new process/technology are \xe2\x80\x98fit for purpose\xe2\x80\x99 within the group. More specifically, your role will include:
Accountable to prepare monthly payroll for all staff of Tristar entities through (Oracle HCM) software. Ensure accurate and timely payroll.
Responsible for execution of internal controls, for the ongoing complexity of statutory and regulatory across Payroll, Policy, Legal, Tax with multiple stakeholders
Ensure all data are collected from various entities on or before the due date.
Ensure details are updated pertaining to joining, exiting staff, bank account etc.
All Payrolls are approved by respective HOD/ Business Heads.
Generate statements and sheets for GCHRO/ GCFO/ GCEOs approval before uploading salaries.
Preparing salary disbursement reports with details of salary components as applicable.
Prepare monthly MIS and post payroll reports to be submitted to Finance.
Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations as and where required as per different countries norms such as Social Insurance, Pasi, Gosi & WPS.
Prepare and follow-up on employees\xe2\x80\x99 deductions, loans, additions, commissions, trip allowance and other monthly variables with respective departments.
Responsible for Leave Management and maintaining the data of the payroll.
Process the final dues for employees leaving the organization or being transferred as per the Group Policies.
