. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll and maintaining compliance with company policies and Saudi labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Process monthly payroll, including attendance, overtime, deductions, and allowances.
Verify and reconcile employee data, contracts, and salary changes.
Prepare payroll reports and maintain accurate records.
Handle GOSI updates (additions, deletions, salary modifications).
Coordinate with HR and Finance to ensure smooth payroll operations.
Manage end-of-service calculations and final settlements.
Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll (preferably in KSA).
Strong knowledge of GOSI, WPS, and Saudi labor regulations.
Proficiency in Excel and HR/payroll systems.
Attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy.
Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
