Job Responsibilities:
- Payroll Processing
- Accurately calculate salaries, overtime, and deductions
- Maintain confidential employee payroll records and documentation
- Respond to employee queries regarding salary, deductions, and leave balances
- Coordinate with HR for leave, attendance, and disciplinary adjustments
- Generate payroll reports for finance and HR departments for disbursement of salaries on time.
- Ensure payroll practices align with UAE Labor Law and company policies
- Ensure timely disbursement of monthly payroll via Wage Protection System (WPS)
- Sync leave records with payroll to ensure accurate deductions or payouts
- Collaborate with HR to validate biometric / time sheet attendance data
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, preferably in Accounting / Commerce
- 2 years of GCC/UAE Payroll Processing Experience in the construction industry
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems / ERP
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of the UAE Labor Law
