Prepare monthly payroll reports and reconcile with Finance.
Handle
gratuity, leave settlements, and final settlements

Ensure compliance with
UAE labor laws and statutory requirements
.
Coordinate with HR on employee-related changes impacting payroll.
Respond to employee payroll queries with accuracy and professionalism.
Maintain payroll-related
documents, files, and confidential records
.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, or related field.
2-4 years of experience
in payroll or HR operations (manufacturing industry experience is a plus).
Knowledge of
SAP HANA payroll module
(preferred).
Strong knowledge of
UAE labor law
.
Excellent Excel and reporting skills.
High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
