PAYROLL OFFICER

Role Overview



We are looking for a detail-oriented

Payroll Officer

to manage accurate and timely payroll processing while ensuring compliance and effective coordination with HR and Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:



Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all divisions/projects. Finalize payroll inputs including new joiners, resignations, overtime, unpaid leave, allowances, and deductions. Maintain payroll calendars and ensure timely month-end closures. Reconcile payroll data with attendance, timesheets, leave records, and employee master data. Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and prepare variance reports. Update and maintain payroll-related employee data in the ERP system. Coordinate with HR on onboarding, employee movements, and payroll updates.

Candidate who are locally available only will be considered for this role.



Candidate willing to relocate to Al Khor or willing to commute to the head office will only be considered for the role.
