Facility Management or Hospitality
sector, and working knowledge of ERP systems. Attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and a commitment to confidentiality are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Process end-to-end monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Manage payroll-related tasks including
salary computation, deductions, overtime, and allowances.
Ensure compliance with
labor laws, wage protection systems (WPS), and statutory requirements.
Maintain and update employee records in payroll and ERP systems.
Reconcile payroll data with timesheets, leave, and attendance records.
Generate and submit monthly reports including payslips, payroll summaries, and audit reports.
Handle salary advances, end-of-service benefits, and final settlements.
Liaise with HR and Finance departments to ensure smooth payroll operations.
Assist with payroll audits and resolve payroll discrepancies and queries.
Maintain confidentiality of all payroll information and employee data.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum
4 years of experience
in payroll processing, preferably in
Facility Management or Hospitality.
Experience with Webpay Trax is an added advantage.
Knowledge of
ERP systems
.
Familiarity with
UAE labor laws
and payroll compliance standards.
Excellent Excel and reporting skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
