Job Details Key Responsibilities Process and manage payroll for all employees Ensure accurate and timely processing of all payroll-related transactions, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, and benefits deductions Reconcile payroll records to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies Maintain and update employee payroll records in compliance with company policies and procedures Prepare and distribute all necessary payroll reports to management Stay up-to-date with relevant payroll regulations and laws to ensure compliance Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits Assist with year-end payroll activities Collaborate with HR and Accounting departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll data Maintain strict confidentiality of all payroll information and records Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing and management Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations and laws Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Experience with payroll software, such as ADP or Paychex, preferred Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Company Description Changing how people connect, learn and work.Were on a mission to accelerate 100 million careers by matching talent to mentors, projects and job opportunities.
