Job Description

As a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for the accurate processing and management of employee salaries, ensuring compliance with GOSI regulations, and maintaining detailed payroll records. You will collaborate with our HR and Finance teams to ensure smooth and efficient payroll operations. Key Responsibilities: . Accurately process monthly payroll for all employees. . Calculate and review employee salaries, deductions, overtime, and benefits. . Maintain and update payroll records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. . Address payroll inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. . Ensure adherence to GOSI regulations and labor laws. . Provide support in preparing year-end finacial reports and documents. . Coordinate with HR and Finance to ensure accurate employee records. Requirements: . Proven experience in payroll processing, accounting, or a related role. . In-depth knowledge of payroll systems, End of Service, and labor laws. . Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Excel. . Strong organizational and time-management skills. . Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. . Transferable Iqama (essential). . Arab National or Filipino preferred. Qualifications: . BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. . Payroll certification or other relevant qualifications (preferred, but not required). Please send your resume/CV
