Ability to meet tight deadlines.
Confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive data.
Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
Process end-to-end payroll for all employees.
Collect, review, and verify timesheets, attendance records, and overtime claims.
Calculate salaries, wages, deductions, bonuses, allowances, and final settlements.
Prepare payroll reports for management.
Maintain and update employee payroll records (bank details, salary changes, benefits, leave balances).
Handle payroll queries from employees and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Coordinate with HR regarding new hires, terminations, leaves, and contract changes.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and payroll regulations.
Support internal and external audits by providing payroll data when required.
Maintain confidentiality and safeguard all payroll-related information.
