skilled Payroll Officer
who can manage payroll operations efficiently while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process
monthly payroll
for 300+ employees.
Manage
WPS (Wage Protection System)
uploads and ensure timely payments.
Handle
final settlements, gratuity, and end-of-service benefits
.
Maintain accurate employee payroll records, including overtime, allowances, and deductions.
Ensure compliance with UAE pension law and payroll regulations.
Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams for smooth payroll operations.
Assist during internal/external audits related to payroll.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3-5 years of experience
in payroll management (UAE experience required).
Must have managed payroll for
300+ employees
.
Solid understanding of UAE labor law, gratuity, and pension regulations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll/accounting systems.
Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy.
