Payroll Manager Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates Job Details :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Professional certifications (CIPD, SHRM, or Payroll certifications) preferred.
Strong expertise in payroll laws, WPS compliance, gratuity, and UAE labor law.
Advanced proficiency in Oracle payroll systems and HRIS
Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
Strong financial acumen with ability to support budgeting and forecasting.
High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with employees, auditors, and management.
