About the Role
TASC Corporate Services is seeking a meticulous and experienced Payroll Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations for our diverse portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in UAE payroll regulations, ensuring the highest levels of accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a critical role in a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Payroll Processing: Manage the complete payroll cycle for multiple clients, including data input, calculations, deductions, bonuses, overtime, and final settlements.
  • WPS & Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate salary processing through the UAE's Wages Protection System (WPS). Stay updated on and ensure strict adherence to UAE Labor Law and other statutory requirements.
  • Payroll Reconciliation: Perform thorough checks and reconciliations of payroll data to guarantee 100% accuracy before disbursement.
  • Employee Queries: Serve as the primary point of contact for client employees regarding payroll-related inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Reporting: Generate and analyze detailed payroll reports, including payroll summaries, bank transfer files, and management reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • System Management: Utilize and maintain payroll systems/HRIS efficiently to streamline processes and maintain data integrity.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Finance, and Account Management teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any client-specific requirements.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain confidential and organized payroll records for all clients as per company policy and legal standards.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing. Candidates with UAE-specific payroll experience will be highly preferred.
  • Technical Knowledge:
  • In-depth, hands-on knowledge of the UAE WPS (Wages Protection System).
  • Strong understanding of UAE Labor Law, social security, and payroll-related compliance.
  • Proficiency in using payroll software and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to numerical accuracy.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
