Payroll Assistant

Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collect and verify timekeeping information for all employees from the Biometric System
  • Calculate pay according to hours worked incorporating leaves and overtime
  • Manage and calculate deductions
  • Update paper and electronic payroll records by entering adjustments on pay rates, employee status changes etc.
  • Calculate and process the final settlement of resigned or terminated employees
  • Deal with complaints and questions regarding payroll from employees and upper management
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in payroll
  • Prepare and submit reports with payroll information to the Management
  • Keeping important documents such as Management Approvals,
  • Filing Monthly Salary file, Requests of Salary bank transfer, and Salary Increment Documents.
  • Responsible for Biometric Registration for all newly hired employees
Skills & Qualification
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resource Management/ B.com in Accountancy
  • SAP experience is a plus
  • At least 2 years of Payroll Experience in UAE
  • Knowledgeable in UAE Labor Law
  • Willing to work in Ras Al Khaimah
